Correct existing setback problems for existing principal and <br />accessory structures on Ward property. <br />2. Division will not create setback variances for Major's property. <br />3. Applicant may now maintain his property and structures without <br />encroaching on neighbor's property. <br />and based on the following conditions: <br />1. Parcel B, an unbuildable lot, must be combined with the Ward <br />property, and <br />2. Applicant is required to provide all off-street parking on his <br />property - no backing onto County Road 19.
