To construct any addi­ <br />tion a building permit is required. However, because the existing <br />structure exists under a Conditional Use Permit, an addition must <br />first be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission and <br />Council. <br />A number-of violations of the State Building Code exist in the <br />plastic addition and must be corrected: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Addition must have one-hour fire protected walls. <br />Roof must support 30 pound live load per square foot <br />and 10 poxind dead load per sqpiare foot. <br />Electrical permit is required and must meet the <br />National t:iectrical Code. <br />Structure must have frost tk >tings 42 inches minimum <br />depth. <br />Structure roust meet State Energy Code. <br />The existing addition does not meet building or safety codes and <br />cannot be used for sales or storage.
