A letter was finally sent on 4-15-80 <br />stating that condemnation would be made on June 1, 1980 if no application <br />were made. This was received 5-29-80. I recommend a prompt decision <br />so that the existing code violations can be corrected ASAP, either by <br />removal or by replacement with a building code-conforming structure. <br />POSSIBLE COURSES OF ACTION <br />1. To allow greenhouse expansion only: requires: <br />a) CUP for non-conforming use transfer <br />b) determinatior that greenhouse does not expand non-conforming use <br />c) CUP for greenhouse <br />d) Veuricuice for setbacks or relocation to meet setbacks - this is <br />possible <br />e) better parking plan <br />f) staff issued permits for building code compliance <br />2. To allow greenhouse and meat market: requires: <br />a) amendment of comprehensive plan <br />b) rezoning <br />c) cup's and Variances as above <br />3.Denial of non-conforming use additions. Staff would enforce <br />full code compliance. <br />4.Requirement for reinstatement of residential occupancy per <br />September 7, 1977, or complete cessation of non-conforming <br />use per 31.105.
