The plans submitted <br />with Permit #3371, September 13, 1976, did not include an all- <br />season porch which has been constructed on the north side of <br />your house, nor was the deck included on the south side. <br />2.The all season porch which is under construction is encroaching <br />on the side yard setback which should be 10'. This was not <br />included in the variance given to you on September 7, 1976. <br />3.With all of the work being done without City approval, you are <br />also in violation of working without a building permit. <br />To correct these violations, the following must be done: <br />1. You must apply for a building permit. Bring in two sets of <br />plans and a new survey verifying the side yard setback. <br />2. If you do encroach on the side yard setback, a new variance is <br />required. You can apply for the variance at the City offices. <br />Your failure to eliminate the code violations leaves no alternative <br />but to initiate legal proceedings against you. Action will be withheld <br />until January 21, 1980, however, if at that time you have failed to <br />comply, a citation will be issued and the matter will be referred to <br />the office of the prosecutor for appropriate legal action. <br />Very truly # <br />Thomas J.
