Mertz, 1820 Fox Street - SUBDIVISION <br />WORK SESSION <br />Zoning District RR-IB <br />Subdivision - 2 lot plat:Lot 1 <br />Lot 2 <br />2 acres <br />4.72 acres <br />The applicant proposes a division of his 6.72 acres homestead into <br />two lots. Each lot meets the standards of the zoning district. <br />Access shall be directly off Fox Street for both lots. There are <br />no wetlands involved. The applicant has not submitted the required <br />septic testing information for Lot 1. All existing structures <br />meet the setbacks of the district. <br />Staff will schedule a Public Information Meeting as soon as the <br />septic infoitnation is received. <br />JUNE 4, 1980 STAFF UPDATE <br />Septic information has been received - a Public Information Meeting <br />has been scheduled for 7:30 P.M. on June 23, 1980. <br />JUNE 16, 1980 STAFF UPDATE <br />The On-Site Manager recommends approval of the Mertz subdivision per <br />his report dated June 6, 1980 (see enclosure). Staff recommends <br />approval based on the following conditions; <br />1. Payment of park fee for Lot 1 of $200.00. <br />. 2.All new septic installation to conform with on-site manager's <br />report and recommended septic design of consultant. <br />3.Curb cut on Fox Street for Lot I's driveway subject to Public <br />Works Coordinator's review.
