The necessary septic testing has <br />not been completed and as with the Brooks application, staff advises <br />that you delay preliminary approval until the on-site manager has <br />made a complete review. This can all be accomplished by the Planning <br />Commission meeting of June 23, 1980. The plat as before will involve <br />the following considerations: , <br />1. Flowage and conservation easement over the wetland. <br />2. Dedication of additional right of way for West Branch Road. <br />3. Park Dedication Fee of $200.00 for Lot 2. <br />4. On-Site Manager requests the following: <br />a) Site plan for Lot 2 designating location of house, driveway, <br />well, primary drainfield, secondary drainfield and any other <br />proposed improvements. <br />b) Test information for alternate drainfield site for existing <br />house on Lot 1. <br />c) Applicant to designate and preserve secondary drainfield site <br />if need for mound system arises. <br />d) Applicant enter into an agreement with the City to affirm the <br />above items (a-c).
