jl <br />ft <br />TO: <br />FROM; <br />DATE: <br />Planning Commission and Council <br />Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />Jxine 1980 <br />#533 <br />SUBJECT: #533 Steve Curren, 110 Orono Orchard Road - VARIANCE <br />On January 14, 1980, the Planning Commission voted to table Mr. Curren's <br />variance application pending receipt of the required septic testing. <br />Please review the On-Site Manager's memo. To briefly review, Curren's <br />application involved the proposed construction of an addition (livingroom <br />and attached garage) requiring rear and side yard setback variances. <br />The improvement created an additional bedroom and the accompanying <br />increase in septic demeinds. <br />Staff recommendation; move to approve the following variances involved <br />in the Steve Curren application; <br />Rear Yard Setback - Required:50' <br />Proposed:28' <br />Variance:22' <br />Side Yard Setback - Required:30' <br />Proposed:25' <br />Variance:5' <br />or 44% <br />Well to Septic Tanks & Drainfield -Required: 75' <br />Proposed: 50' setback required by <br />State <br />Variance: <br />Your approval should include the conditions #2 - #8 cited in the Gaffron <br />memo.
