To briefly review, Curren's <br />application involved the proposed construction of an addition (livingroom <br />and attached garage) requiring rear and side yard setback variances. <br />The improvement created an additional bedroom and the accompanying <br />increase in septic demeinds. <br />Staff recommendation; move to approve the following variances involved <br />in the Steve Curren application; <br />Rear Yard Setback - Required:50' <br />Proposed:28' <br />Variance:22' <br />Side Yard Setback - Required:30' <br />Proposed:25' <br />Variance:5' <br />or 44% <br />Well to Septic Tanks & Drainfield -Required: 75' <br />Proposed: 50' setback required by <br />State <br />Variance: <br />Your approval should include the conditions #2 - #8 cited in the Gaffron <br />memo.
