r ORONO COUNCIL IlEETING HELD FEBRUARY P, 1976 <br />Henry Muhich^ Building & Zoning Admlhistretiorf <br />stated that Hr. Roger Patch, 1330 Sixth Avenue <br />North, has submitted the mylar and hardshell <br />for the Underhill Farms subdivision which <br />received preliminary approval on August 11, 1975. <br />The plan shown on the final drawings is very <br />similar to the approved preliminary plan. The <br />park dedication fee has not been paid as yet. <br />Planning Commission Meeting — February 2, 1976 <br />Recommend approval as all parcels meet zoning <br />requirements and no objection from neighbors. <br />Paurus moved, V7elsh seconded, that Resolution <br />#661, A Resolution Approving The Underhill <br />Farms Addition, be adopted. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). r j / <br />Page 2 <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />1330 Sixth Avenue North <br />Underhill Farms Addition <br />#552 <br />RESOLUTION #661 <br />Underhill Farms Addition <br />Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, <br />stated that Hr. Phillip Dykstra, 3080 North Shore <br />Drive, IS requesting approval of a subdivision of <br />his property consisting of 2.22 acres into two <br />parcels each of which would exceed the minimum <br />lot size of one acre. Both parcels would exceed <br />the minimum lot width requirement of 140' <br />Following completion of the 73-1 sewer project, <br />this property was assessed for two units. Both <br />properties would require private easements - one <br />for access to the road and the other for access to the lake. <br />Planning Commission Meeting — December 3, 1975 <br />Due to ^e area having long, deep lots, the <br />Commission expressed concern as to public <br />opinion of the possibility of another row of <br />houses in the neighborhood. The Commission <br />directed that a public hearing be held on <br />iityYall/ <br />Planning Commission Meeting — January 19, 1976 <br />Result of the public hearing: 1. All the people <br />present and three letters were against the proposal <br />iOr fear of new housing. 2. Mr. Dvkstra <br />to withdraw subdivision proposal if one unit <br />charge and approximately 1/2 of the lateral <br />sewer charge are waived. 3.
