Hepp, 2605 West Lafayette Road <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WORK SESSION <br />Zoning District: LR-IB <br />Subdivision: 2-lot plat, total area 2.8 acres <br />Mr. Hepp proposes a plat of his 2.8 acres into two lots. Unfortunately, <br />the existing driveway has not been designated on the survey for it <br />would appeau: that the building area for Lot 2 is severely limited by <br />the intersecting driveway. We will require a survey showing the <br />existing driveway to determine the actual building area. The mutual <br />lot line can be realigned to give Lot 2 additional area if required. <br />The existing structures meet the setback for the zoning district. <br />Sewer & Water - Planning Commission must approve a new sewer connection <br />and should require Lot 2 be serviced by City water available in West <br />Lafayette Road. <br />Riparian Rights - Lot 1 is riparian to Lake Minnetonka. <br />Access - Lot 2 must grant a private driveway easement in favor of <br />Lot 1. <br />A Public Information Meeting has been scheduled for May 5, 1980 at <br />7:30 P.M. <br />i
