Hennepin County has no pl.-'.ns to <br />upgrade CSAH 151 or make an intersection improvement at Park Lane. <br />If the city forsees improving this intersection in the future the existing <br />right of way helps in designing a much safer access. The use of guard posts <br />would stop traffic shortcuts.
