mNirlES OF A PL.AI.-KING CWMISSIOS MEETING HELD MARCH 27, 1978 - PAGE 10 <br />The Zoning Administrator stated the park <br />dedicatidn fee is usually collected by the City <br />in one lump sum. Mayor Van Nest stated this is <br />usually paid before the hardshells are approved. <br />However, since this subdivision was already final <br />the City would want the park dedication fee before <br />the developer's contract. <br />FOREST ARMS SUBDIVISIO <br />,"/336 <br />(con* t) <br />Chairwoman McDonald informed the Dongoske s <br />that this item would be discussed at the next <br />Council meeting oh March 30, 1978. <br />The Planning Commission then discussed the Work <br />Session Items. <br />Mr. Joe Whitney was present. The Zoning <br />Administrator stated these plans are <br />plans which have been submitted since Aast <br />Planning Commission meeting. She asked <br />if there was enough dry buildable area. Mr. <br />Whitney replied yes. <br />The Planning Commission informed Mr. Whitney <br />that the road should be addressed as a separa e <br />parcel. <br />The Planning Commission addressed the existing <br />metal shed. Mr. Whitney stated this is the <br />neighbor's shed which encroaches on his property, <br />but that he has not yet discussed this matter <br />with his neighbor. <br />It was indicated that the location of the existing <br />shed should be noted and that a review should be <br />made of soils, drainage, etc. Mr. Whitney <br />stated some soil tests already have been done. <br />The Planning Commission called a Public Hearing <br />for April 2A, 1978. <br />Mr. & Mrs. Dunkley were present. The Zoning <br />Administrator briefly reviewed the application. <br />Mr. Dunkley stated their hope is to use this <br />property for a full day care program, and <br />NEW HORIZON ENT. <br />MR. & MRS.
