17==^4.AMI Uhh Pi ANN I Ni;k V U I P T —T <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT PROCEDURE <br />mm <br />V <br />I ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br />ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />A person desiring a conditional use permit should <br />contact the zoning administrator. <br />The administrator should explain: <br />• That a conditional use permit can only be <br />granted when facts and conditions detailed in <br />f -finance are found to exist. <br />• * rit p'^ocedure followed and the information <br />required for processing an application for a <br />conditional use permit. <br />An application for a conditional use permit <br />(Form 9) and required site plans are filed with the <br />zoning administrator. <br />The zoning administrator reviews the application <br />form for accuracy and completeness and checks ac­ <br />companying material for the following information: <br />• Plans drawn to scale, showing parcel and <br />building dimensions. <br />• Curb cuts, driveways, access roads, parking <br />spaces, and off street loading areas. <br />Existing topography. <br />Finished grading and drainage plan. <br />Sanitary sewer and water plan. <br />Soil type and soil limitations. <br />Landscape plan. <br />Other data required by the zoning ordinance.% <br />2 PLANNING COMMISSION <br />PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />Application for conditional use permit and related <br />material referred to planning commission. <br />• Schedule date for public hearing. <br />• Notice of the tinie, place, and purpose of <br />public hearing given as required in the zoning <br />ordinance. <br />• Notification to applicant. <br />• Notification to adjacent property owners <br />(Form 11). <br />• Notification to other agencies (Form 7). <br />• View the area being considered for a con <br />ditional use. <br />• Arrange to have maps and other exhibits.
