They presented <br />photographs taken of the existing driveway from <br />County Road 19 and the severity of the slope. They <br />again stated their concern with the safety of such <br />a situation. Mabusth noted for the record some of <br />the points that would be reviewed by staff: <br />1. Possible elimination of one of the <br />off County Road 19. <br />2. Location of additional parking area to..' four <br />cars along County Road 19. <br />3. Egress from site allowed only through Rest <br />Point Road driveway. <br />Chairman Wilson stated this item would be tabled <br />pending receipt of reports from members of the City <br />staff. <br />Frahm moved to approve the Minutes of J2uiuary 14, 1980 <br />as submitted. Motion seconded by Hammerel. <br />Vote: Ayes (5), Nays (0). Motion passed \inanimously. <br />Planning Commission set Wednesday, February 6, 1980 <br />as a suggested date for the joint Council/Planning <br />Commission meeting. The purpose of the meeting was <br />to discuss Planning Commission's proposed amendments <br />to the fourth draft of the Fence Ordinance. <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />DAVID J.
