One point was left unresolved <br />that the applicant and his neighbor, C. Bruce Solomonson, agree <br />upon a transfer or sale of a piece of land to provide a minima <br />setback for Solomonson's encroaching structure. <br />is asked to make a recommendation concerning deems <br />should be. Mr. Solomonson is agreeable to any setback the Ci y <br />necessary (see letter dated January 4, 1980). .^^herber wants a <br />cetbark the minimal setback required by the Building Code.
