Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE:January 4, 1980 <br />SUBJECT: #348 Richard Ledstrom <br />3405 Sixth Avenue North - Final Subdivision <br />The applicant has fulfilled all of the requirements for final <br />approval of the Craddock-Ledstrom plat. We have been informed <br />by Mr. Ledstrom*s attorney that the culvert located under the <br />existing causeway has been removed. Council and Planning Commission <br />should note this was not a condition of final subdivision approval. <br />Staff recommends approval of the plat, Craddock-Ledstrom Estates, <br />subject to the conditions cited in the attached resolution. <br />■■r • <br />t <br />k
