Il <br />C5ity of ORONO <br />f. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY <br />OF <br />ORONO A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />ROLLING MEADOWS <br />wHPRPAS The Citv of Orono is s inunicipsX corporstion <br />or,«nized SidL the laws of the State of Minnesota, and <br />WHEREAS, the City council of the City of °5°"°has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develop <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Richard Raiche, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved fiidina <br />septic standards and the standards of the RR-IB Zoning <br />that each lot is of a size and configuration that will <br />as a single family residence to be located without the need o <br />setback variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including; <br />1.Dedication on the plat .of drainage and utilities easements. <br />2.
