Weiss, 2245 Shadywood Road <br />Variance - #611 <br />Mrs. Weiss has asked to come back to Planning Commission <br />to review the side setback on her garage. She is asking <br />for a 5' setback from the side lot line. This variance <br />would be 50% of what is required. <br />My recommendation is that the structure maintain the 10' <br />setback, for the following reasons; <br />1) The neighboring property has a structure close to <br />the lot line, which would result in a possible <br />fire hazard. <br />2) There is no actual hardship to allow a variance. <br />■ H
