Each lot abutts <br />a public road and will share a common access over the <br />existing private driveway. Lot B will provide a drive­ <br />way and utilities easement in favor of Lot A if necessary. <br />A park fee of $440.00 will be required for the newly <br />crested lot. <br />My only concern is with the triangular shaped lot. To <br />maintain the required 100' of width along a 100' deep <br />building line, the shared lot line must be moved further <br />north as noted on Exhibit 3. <br />The proposed setbacks for the new lot conform with the <br />LR-IC zoning district standards. <br />A public hearing will be scheduled for June 15, 1981.
