The old farm house and shed <br />on west side of lot are to be remov’c^d. The barn located <br />115 feet from property line does nor meet the required <br />150 feet standard for animal barns. A condition of approval <br />must note this barn may never house animals if lot line <br />remains at 115 foot setback. <br />2.Required 600 square feet of lot area for each person. The <br />maximum number of persons to be accomodated by this facility <br />is 42.
