Evans and Loren Klitzke, 575 Oxford Rd. <br />vacation of a portion of a flowage easement over <br />the designated wetland <br />The application involves a request by the owner of Lot 2, <br />Klitzke Addition, to release a portion of the flowage ease­ <br />ment judged not to be involved in the wetlands. In the or- <br />l9inal plat^ Strelow addtion, the wetlands was incorrectly <br />judged to involve a more extensive area on the property. <br />Staff member involved with the review of the Stielow plat <br />recall that the majority of field work was done during the <br />winter months. <br />has restaked the wetland area for the surveyor. The <br />enclosed information reflects those changes. <br />The enclosed legal description and survey describe only the <br />changes requested for Lot 2. I note that the application form <br />and title heading on legal description refer to" both Lots 1 and 2. <br />If the application involves both lots before a public hearing <br />is scheduled, staff will require a legal description for that <br />portion of the wetlands to'be rslfeased for Lot 1* and a revised <br />survey. <br />ii! <br />t:
