The zero iot line division creates 4 <br />47' X 46'5" lots that contain each residential unit and a <br />10' corridor around each unit. The developer asks that the <br />front lakeshore lot line be extended to a 20' corridor <br />because of 2m existing porch. The rest of the two acres <br />will remain as open space. <br />The developer should be advised that he is responsible for <br />the creation of a legal agreement that will determine, owner­ <br />ship and maintenance responsibility of grounds and a'ccess <br />drive. The shared ownership in the joint dock on Lot 3, <br />Uavarre Cove should be included in that agreement. <br />A public hearing for the P.R.D. has been scheduled for <br />March 16, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. <br />Il
