A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />ORONO HILLS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />and existinu under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by David J. Delaney, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Dedication of drainage emd utility easements. <br />Dedication on the plat of rights of way for public <br />streets and roads, shown as County Road No. 19. <br />3.Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement <br />(Exhibit A) providing for limitations on the use of wetlands <br />and/or drainageways described therein and shown on the <br />plat as "drainage easements". Said easement will exclude <br />for access purposes only a 60 feet wide driveway at <br />Kelly Avenue to be constructed at the time the residential <br />property is subdivided. <br />4,Execution of a l£mdscaping and maintenance easement <br />(Exhibit B) over, on and across a 10 feet wide berm area <br />which will serve as a buffer between the bank site and <br />residential property. <br />5.Demolition permit issued for removal of shed and barn <br />located either on or near the proposed dividing line. <br />6.Payment to the City of a Park Dedication fee in the <br />amount of $870.00. <br />7. Payment to the City for legal and administrative review <br />fees in the amount of $50.00.
