i <br />mm <br />r* \oo" <br />\ <br />:m <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />Planning Conmission <br />Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />January 28, 1981 <br />SUBJECT: # 595, Judd Ringer, 2280 Uayzaca Blvd., Sketch plan review <br />At the advice of the Planning Comnission members attending the tour <br />the St. Louis Park, Parkview Treatment facility on January 20, the City <br />will schedule a public information meeting for review of the application on <br />March 2, 1981. Orono and Long Lake property owners within 500 feet of the <br />subject property will be notified. We will also place a notification in <br />the Minnetonka Sun. Public imput not normally sought at the conceptual level <br />become^ mandatory for this project. <br />At the Feburay 2nd meeting. Planning Conmission should concentrate on <br />the land use issues. Review Ord. 34.823. How does this application fit with <br />this conditional use permit? Note the standards - What additional standards <br />would Planning Commission recommend with this specific permit? <br />Ord. 34.823 -• Standards <br />1. All buildings located 100 feet from lot line <br />2. 600 sq. ft. of lot area per patient <br />Proposed, one patient per 2,033 sq. ft. <br />I have asked Michael Gaffron for a very preliminary review of the existing <br />soils and potential septic service.
