Staff inspected the site and <br />confirmed the report. Hubbell stated he was not aware that a permit was <br />required to grede or fill on your own property, but would apply ii«edietely <br />for the conditional uae permit. The applicant was asked to submit the following <br />information: <br />e) Survey of fill site locating <br />1. designated wetland <br />2. area of fill <br />3. previous and present contours <br />b) Volume of fill • 2,900 cubic yards or approximately 250 dump <br />truck loads <br />General Coopents <br />- - -It i^d appear that 175 sq. ft. of wetlands at the bottom of the hill <br />hee been filled in. The wetland does not appear to be part of a designated <br />wetlands area but is subject to the same restrictions and standards. A <br />small portion of the fill area appears to run over on neighbor's property <br />to the east. ^ ^1 wilt heve the City engineer review the following before the action <br />meeting: . j ^ u—i.a. need for a retaining wall where vertical cut was made into bank <br />b. erosion control steps for fill area — both temporary and permanent <br />c. additional imput determined necessary by the Planning Commission
