The owners plan <br />to offer a menu of Italian food and a carry out service only. The <br />total restaurant area will measure 18' X 18'. The ordinance is not <br />clear as to required parking. Planning Commission should review both <br />ordinances 38.312 and 38.316 and make a recommendation. <br />The total area of the restaurant is 324 sq. ft. <br />Applicants should designate the area and size of proposed sign. <br />1 <br />i <br />4
