Harvey, 3580 Uayzata Boulevard, <br />and Variance. <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />Mr. Harvey plans to continue with his original application. The applicant <br />understands that the crops produced on this site may only be sold at the <br />roadside stand. The existing barn will be used as the sales area meeting all <br />the standards except for the area allowance for the roadside stand. The <br />ordinance allows 200 sq. ft. and the existing barn building (35'x 50') equals <br />1750 square feet. <br />Staff suggests the following approving motion; To approve the conditional <br />use permit and variance application of Fred S. Harvey based on the following <br />findings: <br />1.State Hi^way Dept has approved the new access off Highway 12 for <br />existing house and temporary roadside stand. <br />2.Only crops grown on the subject property will be sold at Harvey's <br />roadside stand in Orono. <br />3.To approve the variance for the size of existing barn as a roadside <br />stand based on the following findings: <br />a. Allow use of existing structure that is in good condition and <br />in excellent location. <br />b. Structure conforms to setback standards. <br />c.
