Positioning of drive-up equipment takes the <br />lane up to the side lot line. <br />2. No loss In either employee or customer parking. <br />3. Teller window remains In current position - Inside <br />teller line. <br />4. Additional stacking area created has alleviated <br />overflow onto street. <br />In addition to the above proposal, there Is no change proposed In the <br />customer parking area at the front of the bank. We feel very strongly <br />that the current parking situation Is quite workable and safe. Customers <br />are very cautious on both entering and exiting. <br />At the September 21 meeting, there appeared to be some question as to <br />whether a variance was needed.
