r <br />6) Execution of a Subdivider’s Agreement providing for <br />installation of certain improvements as a condition <br />of subdivision approval. <br />7) Payment to the C;.ty of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />amount of $1,400.00. <br />6) Payment to the City for the legal review and recording <br />of the plat and all documents related thereto in the <br />amount of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of DICKEY LAKE ADDITION, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1) All septic test sites must be staked and protected <br />prior to road construction and individual site <br />development. <br />2) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office together <br />with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br />executed copies of the documents noted above. <br />day of <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this <br />, 1982. <br />William B.
