Council <br />approves all subdivisions based on the finding that all lots have <br />met the lot requirement standards of the zoning district and <br />would never approve future setback variances for proposed structures. <br />Ii <br />If you still intend to proceed with the variance request for <br />both Lots 2 and 3, I have enclosed a variance application that <br />must be completed and returned to this office by Monday, April 12, <br />1982. The City will require $50.00 for each lot for a total <br />fee payment of $100.00. <br />Please contact my office if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />J^nne A.
