}.. <br />,-.v v< »’h <br />:■/. <br />l\ J <br />■ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />FAGERNESS WOODS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal co: <br />organised and existing under the laws of the state of Minnesota; <br />and <br />Ji-V /;■ <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Vincent R. Anderson, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards <br />of the LR-IC soning district finding that each lot is of a size and <br />configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence <br />to be located without the need of any setback variances; and <br />WHEREAS# the subdivider has cong>leted all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />2.Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br />the plat and all accoRg>emying documents in the amount <br />of $50.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Fagerness woods, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.The Orono Public Works Coordinator must approve the <br />location of the new curb cut for Lot 2, Block 1, <br />Fagerness Woods prior to the Buildng and Zoning <br />Department issuing a building permit for the new <br />residence. <br />2. <br />Si . . <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before <br />May 22, 1983 together with a certified original copy <br />of this Resolution. <br />tjv.. <br />wm, <br />•'^'7 - S ' <br />m <br />■'.v
