Downey <br />plans to construct an entirely new garage, not add an additional stall <br />to the existing garage. Staff has advised applicant that we will <br />require a minimum 3* side setback for the garage. In addition, he <br />was advised that the garage could be located as close as 10* off <br />Casco Point Road right of way if doors were to faoe away from road <br />and a turnaround provided on the site. The existing gravel area <br />could be used as part of that turnaround. Downey contends this <br />would destroy his backyard as he plans to sod gravel area if the <br />second stall and additional driveway are installed. <br />4
