Douglas Klint, attorney for an abutting landowner is <br />seeking DNR aqpproval for release of this tract so the county nay offer it <br />for sale. He has a willingness to accept it with vhatever <br />easements the CNR nay vant to return. <br />We have forvrarded a copy of this plat and letter to Mike Markell who <br />presunably represents the only program {Water Access)- that nay be able <br />to utilize the site. However, Mr. Klint has indicated the City of <br />Qrono v;ould not approve DNR using this site for a public access. If yoa <br />have further questions, please ccntact Mr. Klint at 421-5413.
