The additional stall on the garage will <br />permit the construction of a bedroom and mud room with the existing <br />structure. An addition to the rear would require the loss of mat\ire <br />trees, fencing, and extensive landscaping. The proposed side addition <br />appears to be the only feasible location given the interior layout of <br />rooms. <br />Staff recommendation <br />To reconsmnd approval of a street and sideyard setback variance <br />application of Mark Fox to permit construction of an attached single <br />stall garage to the residence located at 2130 Shevlin Drive based on <br />the following findings and hardships: <br />a) Findings <br />5 > <br />1.
