He added that the DNR would probably approve <br />e wildlife pond finding them beneficial. Schultz also noted <br />that Steve Scbimmer of the U.S. Soils Office reviews all of <br />Region 6's wildlife pond applications - if you remember this <br />is the same individual that I have used in the review of recent <br />after the fact wildlife pond applications. <br />a <br />Option of Actions <br />A. To deny the conditional use permit + variance application <br />of Theron Hlneline based on specific findings noted in <br />environmental section of the CMP and the intent and <br />objectives of Ordinance 125 (Wetlands t Flood Plain Ordinance) <br />To approve the conditional use permit * variance application <br />of Theron Hlneline based on the following findings: <br />1) No negative affect on the existing watershed. <br />2V..,CNP notes marshes with standing water provide a <br />*'habltat which is uniquely suited for certain bids <br />A <br />and mammals", <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1) Principal + accessory structures must meet all <br />required setbacks plus 26* setback from wetlands. <br />2) Septic both principal alternate must be located <br />75* from wetland/pond area. <br />If , <br />Whether the conditional use permit is approved or not the City <br />will require that the low grade elevation of the proposed home <br />on Lot 12 should be above the low point on Orono Orchard Road <br />or a detailed hydrolic analysis of the watershed should be <br />conq>leted to determine the water elevation in the pond at the <br />time of a 100 year storm event. <br />I * ■ .. <br />i <br />re <br />... <br />.. . . . . . . . . . . . .
