-J. <br />K,V: <br />r ■ <br />1, <br />2. <br />EXHIBIT _Jl__ <br />PETITION <br />TO: THE CITY OF ORONO <br />This Petition is beging initiated by the undersigned <br />affected property owners, all residents of the City of Orono and <br />located within the boundaries of the proposed eunended zone. <br />This Petition for amendment to zone requests that the City <br />of Orono change the existing LR-lB one acre zone to LR-IC 1/2 acre <br />zone. The boundary of the proposed zone is the land included to <br />the south and west of the following description: <br />Commencing at the north end of the Narrows <br />Bridge at the center line of County Highway <br />19 (Shadywood Road); thence northwesterly <br />along the center line of said highway to a <br />point where Highway 19 intersects with the <br />center line of Old Beach Road; thence south* <br />westerly along the exteotion of the center line <br />of Old Beach Road along a line that is also the <br />northerly property line of Pheasant Lawn Sub­ <br />division and the southerly line of Walters Port <br />and Auditors Subdivision 344, to the waters of <br />Lake Minnetonka; thence easterly along the shore <br />of Lake Minnetonka to the center of the Narrows <br />Bridge, also being the boundary line of the c*V.y <br />of Orono; thence northerly to the point of begin­ <br />ning, as shown more fully on the attached Exhibit <br />A to this Petition. <br />WHEREFORE, your petitioners pray that the City of Orono <br />retain the above Petition and take action in the most expedient man­ <br />ner and at the earliest time to set this matter before the City <br />Council and the Planning Commission as required by Minnesota Statutes <br />S462.357, Suhd. 4. <br />Name Address Lot <br />,/ / /• 'Oc,yr ^ <br />.k-AAj. r, i (. <br />) <br />V. s.
