As tha <br />saptic raviaw mamo suggests, va will ask for a raalignmant of <br />lots 3, 4, and 5's lot lines in order to make tha most efficient <br />use of tha land area. Tha developer will be given tha choice <br />of several altamativasr but care must be given to assure t»ia 2 <br />acre minimum lot standard. <br />As for tha school district boundary question, this will be a <br />matter for tha schools to reconcile and will have no bearing <br />on lot line determination. <br />%>■ <br />As for Outlot B, we should note for the public record that three <br />individual residential units exist on a 4.7 acre lot and that at <br />final approval time of the Holly Acres plat. Council assumed that <br />Outlot B would be subdivided at the same time Outlot C was <br />subdivided. Two residential units would be permitted if divided <br />based on total dry buildable area.
