It further <br />notes that marshes that have dryer areas, which have water in <br />them only interImittently, absorb a greater amount of phosphorous <br />and have an assimilative rate of 20 Ibs/acre/year as opposed to <br />imrshes with permanent standing water with an assimilative capacity <br />of 4 Ib/acre/year. <br />I have been in contact with Clifford Reap of the M.C.N.D. who <br />advises that if approved by the City a permit would be required. <br />I gathered from talking with Reap that they would follow the <br />guidelines of the DNR. <br />R.v ■msi
