Sent, of Mlnnozot., and <br />whereas, tha City Connell of the City of Orono haa ad^ted_ <br />anbdlvlston regulation, for the orderly, econonie and aafe develop«mt <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered <br />for a anbdlvlaion plat by Hlldnr P. Hollander, the aubdlvlder, and <br />WHEREAS, the aubdlvldw: haa cooipleted all requirement, of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including. <br />1. Dedication on the plat of rli^ts of way for public <br />streets and roads, shown as County Road b. <br />2 Creation of a new private road shown on the plat as <br />Outlets A, D, and E, to be known henceforth as <br />HOUANDER ROAD. <br />Concurrent with the creation of this private ^ <br />subdivider has dedicated to the City a Road and Utilities <br />Easement ( Exhibit A) granting to the City per^nent access. <br />Improvement and utility easements over said Outlets, the <br />subdivider has created non-excluslve Ingress, egress. <br />drainage and utility easements (Exhibit <br />Outlets In favor of all abutting and/or benefiting lots. <br />and the subdivider has created certain <br />covenants (Exhibit B) wherein each of the <br />benefiting lot owners covenants and agrees to peTOnently <br />maintain and pay the cost of maintenance for said private <br />road. <br />3. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservatl^ <br />Easement (Exhibit C) providing for ?" <br />use of wetlands and/or dralnageways described therein. <br />‘ 4.
