-"■'Vi. <br />I CITY j <br />I oflON<^ <br />City of OROINO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ __ _ _ _ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />CARMAN BAY HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Crono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Michael G. Pluhm and William Z. Mernik, the <br />subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements'of <br />the platting regulations oi the City, including: <br />1) Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />2) Dedication on the plat of utility easements for Municipal <br />sewer and water lines that interest the subject property. <br />3) Dedication to the City of a drainage easement providing <br />for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainageways <br />described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage <br />easements". <br />4) The execution of an open space easement limiting the total <br />square footage of hardcover for Lot 1, Carman Bay Heights, <br />to 33,000 square feet, such hardcover shall conform to <br />all applicable ordinances of the City of Orono. <br />5) Payment to the City of $75.00 for legal fees for reviewing <br />and recording the final subdivision and all documents <br />related thereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of CARMAN BAY HEIGHTS, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />New driveway connection for Lot 1, Carman Bay Heights <br />at Kelly Avenue to be completed and existing connection <br />at Walters Port Lane removed, not later than January 1, <br />1984. Upon cosq>letion of new driveway connection Lot I's <br />address shall be changed from Walters Port Lane to Kelly <br />Avenue with adequate identification provided at Kelly Avenue <br />for both residences on Lots 1 and 2. Existing driveway <br />"ramp" and connection to Walters Port Lane to be removed, <br />regraded and landscaped within 30 days after completion <br />of new driveway connection.
