>■ - J___ <br />N. <br />CITY <br />OF <br />ORONO) <br />City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ <br />A RESOLUTIOr APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />JOHNSTONS FREiCH LAKE SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Harrison R. Johnston, Jr. also knovm as H.R. <br />Johnston, Jr. and Elizabeth Crosby Johnston, husband and wife, the <br />subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved as meeting all <br />standards of the RR>1B zoning district finding that each lot is of <br />a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single family <br />residence to be located without the need of any setback variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has agreed that a transfer of title via <br />quit claim deed from the City to Harrison R. Johnston for land legally <br />described as the West 180 feet of the Bast 510 feet of the South 550 feet <br />of the North 1320 feet of Government Lot 6, Section 9, Township 117 <br />North, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian be recorded with <br />the Hennepin County Recorder's office prior to the recording of the <br />final plat and accompanying documents; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />Dedication on the plat of drainagg^ and utility <br />easements. <br />2) Dedication on the plat of right of way for a <br />public road shown as Willow Drive. <br />3) Creation of a new private road shown on the <br />plat as Outlet E, to be known henceforth as <br />FRENCH LAKE ROAD. <br />1 Of 3 <br />aUtmi iuh&aik£iliiiids
