Mr. DeGregory is not in favor <br />of rip rap and will not sign the agreement. I did <br />not receive Nr. Hartmann's nor Nr. Reese's signatures <br />either, nils is a highly volatile situation, in <br />1979, there «#sre seven in favor and one abstained, now <br />%#e have a serious problem. Several homes have storm <br />water problesui. I am requesting permission to rip rap <br />my property. <br />•1 <br />Jean Nelson: Ws cannot sign anything until the lawsuit <br />is settled. <br />Mrs. Hartmann: Rudy will not sign because Mr. Crist's <br />request is not part of our project. <br />Jean Nelson: Ws want a City engineer to give us an <br />opinion on storm water runoff. We are willing to <br />pay for our own water problems. <br />Bill Reese: Ws h^ <br />at all times. <br />itanding on our. properties <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to amend the <br />August 11, 1980 Council minutes removing hold harmless <br />and signing off on agreement by a majority of members <br />of the association as a coiidition to constructing <br />rip rap and seawall. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />1 <br />1 <br />in i/ciAlan Olson, City Planner, reviewed the August 25, 1980 ^SEWER CONNECTION <br />Council action for Gladys Olson, 1340 Baldur Park Road. 1340 Baldur Park Roa <br />Gladys Olson <br />Mr. Ray Westerlund and Mrs. Gladys Olson were present <br />to discuss the sewer availability of their property. <br />Alan Olson commented that Mrs. Olson has agreed to <br />connect to the City se%#er if her original plan does <br />not succeed by June 1, 1981. <br />Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve a final <br />extension of the deadend line to connect to municipal <br />sewer allowing applicant sufficient time to prepare <br />a development proposal subject to: <br />(Continued)
