#666 Vicki Wisegarver 6 Tom Brokl <br />Page 3 <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />• • <br />vN <br />, <br />a) Removal from the property of all outside storage <br />of equipment, coolers, shelves, fixtures, junk, <br />debris, and the old, inoperable unlicensed van <br />consistent with the requirements of Sections 37.102 <br />and 37.130 of the Zoning Code. <br />b) Replacement of the existing non-conforming on-site <br />sewage treatment systems with a fully conforming <br />system per Septic tests and septic design submitted <br />December 4, 1981, by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />c) Correction of all Fire Code and Building Code <br />Violations pursuant to the correction orders issued <br />by latter to Orton Wisegarver and Kellers Market <br />dated March 11, 1981, which items are further detailed <br />in Alan Olson's Affidavit dated April 8, 1981, and in <br />Judge Arthur's Order dated April 9, 1981: <br />Heating system designs shall be prepared and <br />submitted by a mechanical engineer, architect <br />or reputable mechanical contractor. <br />A mechanical contractor shall obtain permits <br />and shall Install an approved heating system <br />for the building. <br />A mechanical contractor shall obtain permits, <br />shall remove and shall correctly reinstall all <br />refrigeration compressors and related cooling <br />equipment and/or mountings. <br />A general contractor shall obtain permits and <br />shall correct all umcompleted or improper work <br />originally included in the scope and conditions of <br />Building Permit 4386, especially Including pro <br />vision of adequate exits and correction of <br />unstable structural elements noted in the violation <br />letter of March 11, 1981. <br />An electrical contractor shall obtain permits and <br />shall complete or correct all electrical code <br />violations noted in the violation letter of March 11, <br />1981. <br />The owner, applicant or contractor shall further <br />abate and correct all other fire code violations <br />noted in the letter of March 11, 1981. <br />Any new owner/operator shall apply for, obtain and <br />comply with all applicable business licensing regu <br />lations including licenses for cigarette sales and <br />off-sale beer as may be applicable to any proposed <br />business. <br />2 -Prior to the issuance of any building permits, the applicant <br />must submit proof of combination of the three separate tax <br />parcels. <br />PIN 29-118-23 34 0002 <br />29-118-23 34 0005 <br />29-118-23 34 0006 <br />PIN <br />PIN <br />f
