Council will be asked to act and Planning <br />Commission is asked to make recommendations on the following <br />issues. Please review the Planner's memo that contains much of <br />the background for your decision making. <br />1 -Density issue * How many residential units should be <br />allowed for the entire project? Planning Commission <br />should keep im mind the court directive granting 36 <br />residential units to the Tonka land parcel. The City <br />Attorney will advise Council on this matter.
