Vicki Wisegarver has the power to act on behalf <br />of the Keller Trust. I have asked for the pertinent documentation <br />to confirm Ms. Logan's findings. The septic testing and septic <br />design have been submitted as requested. The revised survey has <br />been received designating the quick take by the Highway Department <br />for the improvements at the intersection of County Road 6 and <br />Highway 12. <br />A mound septic system has been recommended to serve the market with 1 public <br />restroom and 10 employees (650 gallons per day). The septic <br />wastes shall be pumped up to the hill where the mound systems is <br />to be located. <br />The revised survey shows that small portion of the paved parking <br />area are now located within the street right of way and may not <br />be included in the required parking area. There is adequate <br />area along the north and east side of the market structure to <br />meet the required 12 parking stalls (1801 sf total retail area/ <br />150 sf - 12 stalls) <br />I have enclosed a section of the applicant's letter that reviews <br />the proposed uses for the property.(Exhibit C) I will expect Planning <br />Commission to review these in relation to the original conditional <br />use permit Issued September 13» 1968, Ordinance 31.108 and the <br />physical limitations on the site. <br />In review of Resolution 1239 - Planning Commission must respond <br />to the following: <br />!i
