A mechanical contractor shall make application for <br />a mechanical permit to cover installation of all coolers, <br />compressors and other refrigeration equipment installed <br />in the building without permit since 1977, and shall <br />under authority of said permit make any and all <br />corrections necessary to make all such refrigeration <br />equipment fully conforming with the State Building Code. <br />V.*/ <br />5. All other outstanding building and fire safety <br />code violations noted in this Resolution and in the plan <br />review and inspection notices for Building Permit #4368 <br />shall be corrected to the satisfaction of the City <br />Building Inspector under the authority of said Permit #4368 <br />6. The existing flashing lights on the building-top sign <br />shall be permanently discontinued or changed to be in^ <br />compliance with Sections 38.012 and 38.013 of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />C.
