Wisegarver has not contacted the City staff between <br />his December 11, 1980 letter and January -5, 1981 despite <br />receiving copies of staff's December 10, 1980 memo to the <br />City Council and a December 19, 1980 letter outlining the <br />action taken by the Council on December 17, 1980. <br />65. In a letter to the City Council dated October 27, 1980, <br />Mr. Wisegarver*s attorney states incorrectly that the septic <br />system had been repaired (it had not, as per Wisegarver*s <br />letter of December 11, 1980), that Wisegarver would make any <br />further septic repairs on request (he has not), and further that ; <br />any building code violations will be corrected as soon as <br />Wisegarver can got a permit from the City. As of 10-27-80, ^ <br />staff was authorized to issue such permits. As of 1-5-80, <br />Wisegarver has not applied for septic or mechanical permits <br />and violations of both codes remain on the premises. <br />66.
