The items noted in 18 above were discovered by City Buxlding <br />t zoning Staff in May, 1979, when the inspector first noticed <br />the plastic -addition", stopped and issued a <br />-addition” to be removed as not in compliance with building <br />zoning code requirements. <br />22. Wisegarver did not contact City staff until after a followup <br />letter was sent in July, 1979. <br />23. Wisegarver did not meet with City staff until August 31, 1979 <br />after several attempts to arrange a meeting. At that <br />he agreed to remove the plastic addition and to make a conditional <br />use application. This was not done. <br />25. At least four meetings were arranged and cancelled by Wisegarv- <br />between September 17th and October 1, 1979. <br />26. Wisegarver appeared on October 4, 1979 but had no plans and <br />no application. <br />27. A preliminary plan was received by mail on^October 30, 1979, <br />but ho followup meeting was arranged and no otKer data was <br />forthcoming. <br />28. On November 28, 1979, Olson contacted Wisegarver who <br />promised a full application "within a few days". <br />29. On December 11, 1979, Olson contacted Wisegarver by letter. <br />30. On December 28, 1979, Olson met with Wisegarver who promised <br />a full application for: <br />a) a CUP transfer with meat market expansion <br />b) a CUP greenhouse <br />The plans indicate a "preparation" room, but Wisegarver and <br />his architect both informed Olson that it was intended for the <br />preparation of fresh meat cuts.
