Absent: Rovegno, <br />and Opheim, and Kelley. Also present: City <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br />Councilmember Frahm, and Deputy City Clerk <br />Woytcke. <br />Callahan moved, McDonald seconded, to <br />approve the Consent Agenda* as presented. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />.T-'-V. <br />Chairman Hammerel announced that now was the <br />time and place for the public hearing <br />concerning the preliminary subdivision <br />request of Vincent Anderson, 1865 Concordia <br />St. Zoning Administrator Mabusth pre­ <br />sented the Affidavit of Publication. <br />The Public attending this hearing were at <br />this time acknowledged, including three <br />students from the Orono Highschool studying <br />Community Issues. They were asked if they <br />wanted to approach the desk and observe the <br />Commission. No other parties were present <br />to address this item. <br />Discussion included the common ownership <br />question and that the lot line would have to <br />be rearranged so that each residential unit <br />has 1/2 acre in area and 100* of width. <br />Chairman Hammerel closed the Public Hearing <br />at approximately 7:38 P. M. <br />Goetten moved, Hammerel seconded, to <br />approve the preliminary subdivison noting <br />the following conditions: <br />1. All new construction must meet the <br />standards of the LR-IC zoning
