Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Applicant was not present. <br />Rovegno moved to approve the Michtael Pluhm/William Mernik <br />final subdivision subject to the findings and conditions <br />setforth in the staff resolution. <br />Goetten seconded. Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0). <br />Mr. and Mrs. Sarenpa were present. Mabusth noted the <br />existing garage encroaches 7* into the County Road right <br />of way. <br />Mr. Sarenpa stated that he didn't want to put frost <br />footings onto the existing one. <br />Mabusth advised the two story addition would require <br />frost footings. <br />^^^etten stated that the proposed size is almost the <br />V^ze of the house. She noted that it should be replaced <br />because it is a non conforming structure which encroaches <br />onto the County right of way. <br />Kelley asked why the two story structure? <br />Applicant stated that this was strictly for storage <br />as his house has no basement and that his property <br />was due for upgrading of the garage. <br />Kelley asked if there were any comments from the <br />neighbors and exactly what the applicant had in the garage <br />stated that the garage was used for storage <br />and a workshop. Since he doesn't have a basement for <br />storage so he needs the extra space in his garage. <br />Hammerel stated that no one can build anything on the <br />County Road right of way.
