MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF JUNE 21, 1982 <br />3 - <br />& <br />The proposed building site appears consistent <br />with the residential development of the surrounding <br />neighborhood. <br />4 -The property has been assessed for 1 sewer unit and <br />sewer is available. <br />5 - The development of the property will not endanger <br />the public health, safety and welfare. <br />and subject to the following conditions: <br />1 - All proposed structures on the site must meet the <br />setbacks of the LR-IB zoning district. <br />2 - Access to the site will be via Rest Point Lane *- <br />the access location must be approved by the Public <br />' Works Coordinator. <br />3 - Development of the site will be limited to the <br />hardcover regulations of the City - property is <br />■ location within the 75-250* setback area allowing <br />« 25% hardcover or 6818 sf. <br />4 - <br />O <br />If garage structure remains it must be converted <br />to storage shed or an other accessory structure <br />permitted in residential district - it cannot <br />function as garage since access will be via Rest <br />Point Lane. <br />Wm <br />5 - Prior to issuance of a building permit, the owner <br />must submit proof of combination of Lot 14 and Part of <br />Lot 15. <br />6 - Payment of the following fees with building permit: <br />SAC $425.00 <br />Plant Charge $225.00 <br />$$50.00 <br />Sewer assessment already paid. <br />Callahan seconded.
